Millie Del Valle is Bilingual, speaking fluent Spanish and English.  She moved to Cape Coral, Florida, from Puerto Rico, in 1976.  In 1982, she became a licensed Real Estate Agent and member of the Cape Coral Board of Realtors.  She also was a member of the Board of Directors of the Hispanic Council of Southwest Florida and delegate for the Lee County Hispanic Community and Advisory Board in 1991.
